2.3.1 De las parcelas.
El 60,6 % de las parcelas son de propiedad de sus conductores;
solo 2,3 % de ellas est n arrendadas, 28,1 % son de propiedad comunal,
y 9,0 % est n en otro r‚gimen de tenencia.

El alto porcentaje de parcelas en propiedad de sus conductores,
en el departamento de Ucayali es mayor en dos provincias, siendo de
65,0 % en la provincia de Coronel Portillo y de 77,3 % en la provincia
de Padre Abad; y el porcentaje de parcelas comunales es mayor tambi‚n
en 2 provincias, siendo de 64,7 % en la provincia de Atalaya y de
75,5 % en la provincia de Purus. En lo refere nte a la superficie se
registra un notable incremento para las parcelas en propiedad de sus
conductores y un decrecimiento para las parcelas comunales.

Cuando se analizan los reg¡menes de tenencia por estrato de
tama¤o de la unidad agropecuaria, tanto la distribuci¢n de las UA como
de las superficies siguen la misma tendencia que el total en todos los
estratos con exepci¢n del £ltimo donde se observa una notable

En el departamento de Ucayali 9,6 % de las parcelas se obtuvieron
por herencia, 33,5% por compra y venta, 27,4% por adjudicaci¢n, y 17,2%
por denuncio.
El 1,4 % del rea agropecuaria proviene de herencia; el 6,8 %, de
compra y venta; el 9,1 % por adjudicaci¢n; el 2,3 % por denuncio, y el
79,2 % por derecho comunal.

Respecto a la titulaci¢n, de las 14 216 parcelas conducidas por
sus propietarios, el 9,2% tienen t¡tulos y el 50,3% a£n no lo consiguen.
De las que tienen t¡tulos (2 175 parcelas), el 5,8% lo han asentado
en los registros p£blicos y a 3,4 % les falta hacer ese tr mite.
De los que no tienen t¡tulo (11 808 parcelas), 14,5% est n tramit n-
dolo, y 35,8 % no han iniciado acci¢n alguna.
Por tanto, de las 23 467 parcelas, el 60,5 % (14 216) son de propie-
dad de sus conductores, comprendiendo al 96,8 % de la superficie agrope-
cuaria.
En el departamento de Ucayali tambi‚n falta titular 11 808 parcelas
(50,3 % del total, con 193 098,12 Has. agropecuarias).

agropecuaria, se observa: En el primer estrato de menos de 3,0 Has.
faltan titular el 33,7% de las parcelas y 39,2% del rea; en el segundo,
55,5 % de las parcelas y 58,3 % del rea; en el tercero, 60,2 % de las
parcelas y 61,3% del rea; y en el £ltimo, 52,3% de las parcelas y 4,7 %
de la superficie.
