2.3.1 De las parcelas.
El 68,2 % de las parcelas son de propiedad de sus conductores;
s¢lo el 1,3 % de ellas est n arrendadas, 11,5 % son de propiedad
comunal, y 19,0 % est n en otro r‚gimen de tenencia.

El alto porcentaje de parcelas en propiedad de sus conductores,
en el departamento, se repite en sus tres provincias, siendo de 68,2 %
en la provincia de Tambopata, 57,1 % en Manu, y 79,1 % en Tahuamanu.
La superficie sigue el mismo patr¢n de distribuci¢n.

Cuando se analizan los reg¡menes de tenencia por estrato de
tama¤o de la unidad agropecuaria, tanto la distribuci¢n de las UA como
de las superficies var¡a con respecto al total. As¡ tenemos que, el
porcentaje de parcelas en propiedad es de 18,7% en el estrato de menos
de 3,0 Has. llegando a 80,0 % en el estrato de 50,0 y m s Has., y el
rea que conducen var¡a de 20,1 % en el primer estrato a 90,4 % en el
£ltimo estrato.

En el departamento de Madre de Dios 5,7 % de las parcelas se
obtuvieron por herencia, 28,2 % por compra y venta, 24,9 % por
adjudicaci¢n, 29,6 % por denuncio y el 0,6 % por derecho comunal.
El 2,0 % del rea agropecuaria proviene de herencia; el 14,4 %, de
compra y venta; el 14,1 % por adjudicaci¢n; el 14,4 % por denuncio y
el 51,0 % por derecho comunal.

Respecto a la titulaci¢n, de las 4 001 parcelas conducidas por
sus propietarios, el 28,2 % tienen t¡tulos y el 39,6 % a£n no lo
consiguen.
De las que tienen t¡tulos (1 654 parcelas), el 8,4 % lo han
asentado en los registros p£blicos y a 19,8 % les falta hacer ese
tr mite.
De los que no tienen t¡tulo (2 322 parcelas), 20,2 % est n
tramit ndolo y 19,4 % no han iniciado acci¢n alguna.
Por tanto, de las 5 867 parcelas, el 68,2 % (4 001) son de
propiedad de sus conductores, comprendiendo al 87,5 % de la superficie
agropecuaria.
En el departamento de Madre de Dios tambi‚n falta titular 2 322
parcelas (39,6 % del total, con 116 707,82 Has. agropecuarias).

anteriormente para el total departamental. En el primer estrato de
menos de 3,0 Has. faltan titular el 14,3 % de las parcelas y 16,0%
del rea; en el segundo, 32,1 % de las parcelas y 37,3 % del rea; en
el tercero, 43,6 % de las parcelas y 42,9 % del rea; y en el £ltimo,
40,6 % de las parcelas y 18,2 % de la superficie.
