1/ Este Departamento figura en el Reglamento Provisional del 12-Feb-1821, con  el nombre Huaylas.
    Ley del 04-Nov-1823 se uni� los Departamento Huaylas y Tarma bajo la denominaci줻
    Hu쟮uco, por Decreto del 13-Set-1825 se dio el nombre Jun죒 al Departamento  Hu쟮uco.
    El 12-Jun-1835, se expidi� un Decreto creando nuevamente el Departamento Huaylas, con fecha
    10-Oct-1836 se dio otro Decreto dividiendo el Departamento Jun죒 en dos: Jun죒 y Huaylas. Por
    Decreto del 28-Feb-1839 se dio el nombre Ancash al Departamento Huaylas.
2/ En el Reglamento Provisional de Elecciones del 26-Abr-1822, se designa a  este Departamento
    con el nombre Huamanga. Por Decreto del 15-Feb-1825 se dio el nombre  Ayacucho.
3/ El Decreto del 20-Ago-1836 erigi� en Gobierno Litoral los pueblos del Callao y Bellavista,
    por ley del 22-Abr-1857, se le dio el nombre Provincia Constitucional.
4/ Este Departamento figura en el Reglamento Provisional del 12-Feb-1821 con el nombre Tarma.
    Por Ley del 04-Nov-1823 se uni� los Departamentos Huaylas y Tarma bajo la denominaci줻
    Hu쟮uco. Por Decreto del 13-Set-1825 se dio a este Departamento el nombre Jun죒.
5/ En el Reglamento Provisional del 12-Feb-1821, figura este Departamento con el nombre
    Trujillo, por Ley del 09-Mar-1825, se le dio la denominaci줻 La Libertad.
6/ La ley N�8230 del 03-Abr-1936, volvi� a crear el Departamento Moquegua.
